1.Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to place an order?

  There is never a monetary requirement to place an order; Please confirm with the sales staff for the specific purchase situation.


2.Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
  Once the shipping carrier you selected takes possession of your order, 
  you will receive an e-mail that includes both your tracking number and your sales  order. 

  Please note that some email providers occasionally misidentify emails of this sort and route them to a Bulk or Junk Mail folder.


3.Will I receive an e-mail confirmation of my order?

  Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been submitted which includes your “WEB-SO” sales order number. 


4.Can I cancel an order once it has been submitted?

  Non-cancelable and non-returnable orders that have been placed have different cancellation and push out policies,  Please contact the sales staff for details.


5.Can I get technical assistance on the parts?

6.I need to confirm the part’s date code.
  Our goods usually contain the date code of the last 2 years or updated,  please confirm with the salesperson for the specific code.


7.What does it mean if the part is backordered?
  Demand for certain products can lead them to be temporarily out of stock.
